Trying & May 2009

First, I am trying really hard to make my blog look pretty, but I get frustrated with all the html before I finish. What's ridiculous is, I know html, I took a whole course on it in college, yet I get annoyed and can't get it. Guess its a good thing I never majored in computer science. I will hopefully get it fully pretty soon. Wanna make Amy's beautiful kit and Chelle's beautiful blog fashion look good.

Second, its another SSD from our blog to yours! This time they wanna hear about our May. In May, we put up a birdy feeder so Nicholas could watch the birdies. He loves to pretend to be a bird, so seeing them eat every day is great to him. We had a great Mother's Day. I got beautiful flowers, tulips and gerbera daisies and went out to great brunch at the place where we had our wedding reception. Nicholas also made me a card and tissue paper flowers at his school. They were beautiful. Grandma came to visit and we got to go swimming and to a different zoo. Nicholas really enjoyed the monkeys and the ducks. Feeding the ducks was his highlight, I think. Nicholas also had his first virgin marguerita. He thought it was very good. He discovered Finding Nemo and has been watching 'fishies' every since. On Memorial Day, we went to the Air Museum and he loved getting to see all the airplanes. What little boy doesn't love airplanes. It was a pretty good month other than all 3 of us getting sick at one point in the month.

First, I will be redoing my blog soon. Gonna make it really pretty use a blog in a box by Amy Stoffel. I also need to update it badly. Its a mess. I am going to try to start posting more than just SSD From Our Blog to Yours quizes, too. I don't think anyone reads this anymore, so I will have some more ahead of me. lol

Today I am talking about Girl Scout Cookies for SSD. I love the Samoas or Carmel Delights, depending upon where you live. They are so good. I love the cookie with the carmel, coconut and chocolate. I think all of the Girl Scout Cookies totally rock, but these are my favorites.
